범음악제(Pan Music Festival, 이하 PMF)은 국제현대음악협회 한국위원회(ISCM Korea)가 주최하는 현대음악제입니다. PMF는 해외 초청 작곡가들과 공모를 통해 선정된 국내 작곡가들의 작품 등 매년 국내외 현대음악 작품을 소개하고 있습니다. 그리고 국내외 초청 연주단체를 통해 최신의 현대음악 연주회를 열고 동시대의 음악 경향을 느낄 수 있는 귀중한 자리입니다.
음악을 통해 시대의 흐름을 대중에게 소개함과 동시에 대중과의 소통을 함께 생각하는 범음악제는 창작의 가치가 그 어떤 것보다 크다는 것을 알고 있으며 창조의 중심에 있는 작곡가들의 창작활동을 지원하고 그들의 노력이 담긴 창작물을 관객에게 전함으로서 음악제의 정신을 보여주고 있습니다.
